Collection of outstanding invoices

Handle assigned annexes of FSC surveillance audit. Ensure the payment collection of AAF fees of FSC in the fiscal year

Achieve assigned target of surveillance and second party audit with profitability target

Intensive coordination with customers and audit teams to issue the invoices timely

Ensure the advance/down payment from the customers before the audit takes place

Support the audit planner in responding to the customers during she/he is on leave

Immediate update on the customers delayed the payment to audit planner and BA manager

Careful check all the claims/expenses of the audit projects

Manage costing sheet statements and invoicing for overseas audits

Close collaboration with sales team to ensure the communication is exchanged properly

Handling IC sub-contractor regarding pricing

Update monthly expenses and revenue of department in respective files

Other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer/ Department Manager.

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing / engineering with experience in Quality Management Systems and/or possess ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certificates

Excelling planning, organizing and coordinating skills

Process driven with strong customer service mindset and high level of level of diplomacy

Proficient in spoken and written English
