Your tasks
As a Change Manager (m/f/d) for large-scale Business & IT Transformation Projects, you will drive the successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working. You will develop and execute change strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment, minimize resistance, and foster a culture of adaptability and innovation.
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for transformation programs
Analyze the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems, and define appropriate interventions
Lead stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization
Design and execute communication plans to create awareness and engagement
Develop and facilitate trainings, workshops, and leadership enablement programs
Establish and monitor change KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure smooth transformation execution
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams on all change-related topics
Your qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, ERP implementations, process reengineering)
Knowledge of change management frameworks
Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation
Ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear and engaging messages
Experience working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall project environments
Fluent in English and German
