Your tasks
We are looking for a Telesales/Telemarketing who will play a key role in promoting and selling TÜV SÜD Indonesia’s training catalog. This role includes managing customer inquiries, processing purchase transactions, and driving sales through outbound calls and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell TÜV SÜD Indonesia’s training programs to prospective clients
Conduct telemarketing and outbound calls to potential customers from various industries
Develop and expand market reach, especially within the training sector
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, associations, and public institutions
Support sales and marketing initiatives as needed
Your qualifications
Key Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply
Experience in sales and/or business development is preferred (internships and freelance experience also considered)
Target-oriented and results-driven with strong influencing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
