Your tasks

Reporting to the Head of Business Unit Industrial Services, you will be responsible in executing, supervising, and managing inspection activities in alignment with industry standards, client expectations, and company processes. You will contribute to technical excellence, continuous improvement, and uphold the integrity and reliability of inspection services delivered to our clients. This role requires a technically skilled and experienced professional with hands-on exposure to various NDT methods, especially UT flaw detection.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute inspection activities across various industrial projects to fulfill client requirements.

Ensure inspections meet company and international standards and are completed within scheduled timelines.

Provide technical input and support for sourcing third-party services, NDT instruments, and freelance inspectors.

Develop, review, and improve inspection and project delivery methodologies in collaboration with other team members.

Collaborate with internal departments (planning, marketing, operations) for seamless project execution and support new service development.

Maintain inspection documentation and project records in line with company policies and audit requirements.

Stay updated with local and international laws, standards, and best practices related to industrial inspection.

Your qualifications

Key Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or relevant Engineering fields.

At least 3 years of experience in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) field.

Hands-on experience operating UT flaw detectors is required.

Exposure to and understanding of various NDT methods and techniques.

Certified in one or more of the following methods is preferred:

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

Penetrant Testing (PT)

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

(ASNT Level II or PCN Level II preferred)

Strong technical knowledge and business acumen in inspection and industrial services.

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience in mechanical or piping inspections is considered an advantage.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Willing to travel frequently to client sites and remote project locations.
