Manager, Sales (Electrical & Electronics and Commercial)

Your tasks
You will be responsible for the Sales and Business Development activities of Product Verification and Compliance Services for 2 business lines of Product Services Division, including:
Electrical & Electronic consumer products (ENE): includes services such as Environmental Testing, Electromagnetic Testing, Performance & Safety Testing and Global Market Access services within Electrical & Electronic Business Line
and Commercial products (COM): includes services supporting Industrial; Energy; Advanced Manufacturing; and Transportation products with Solar PV, Machinery Automation and Automotive are identified beachhead markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive ENE and COM Sales teams in the implementation of sales and business development strategies to achieve budgeted revenue.
Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for ENE and COM related products
Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets.
Develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with our key accounts.
Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography.
Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability. Leading the sales team to achieve business unit ‘s sales budget.
Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers.
Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients.
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic Engineering preferably with at least 5 years of experience in leading sales team, strong direct sales experience in business-to-business engineering solution-selling from the Electrical or Electronics sector.
Good experience in business development (B2B Sales) and good knowledge of electronic retail market/Automotive Industry and its global supply chain, and willing to expand this knowledge continuously.
Diligent in work attitude, 0%-error-mindset especially when it comes to financial proposals.
Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office
