The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring efficient business operations by providing administrative, logistical, and process support across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Maintain and update business records, reports, and documentation.

Support procurement processes, including vendor management and purchase order tracking. • Identify and implement improvements in business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Collect, analyze, and report key business performance metrics to support decision-making.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management on operational performance.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of data within business systems.

Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

Assist in organizing internal and external events, workshops, and training sessions.

Address operational inquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.

Support contract management and service agreements as required.

Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time-to-time.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in business operations, administration, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business management software (SAP, ERP, CRM).

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
