This is a new role we are introducing for Product Service Division in Singapore, which will be crucial for our efforts to become more competitive and provide our customers with the best possible experience. This role is designed to manage and steer the operational aspects of our sales process, encompassing key functions such as quotations, order processing, project costing, project management, and coordination between service and business lines.
The individual in this role will play a pivotal part in streamlining our operations and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between Product Service customers in Singapore, the Product Service sales teams in Singapore, and the relevant service lines in Singapore. By enhancing these processes, we aim to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and ultimately deliver superior service to our customers.
This role will be instrumental in driving our success with Product Service Division in Singapore and have a positive impact on the service levels we can offer to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Sales Support Team for:
- Project costing
- Quotations
- Project Management
- Contract review, and other administrative actives after order and before execution
Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels and customer satisfaction related to order execution
Main touch-point between Business Lines ENE/IEP and Service Lines in Singapore
Oversee and streamline sales support operations, leading a team of technical and administrative professionals to achieve targets and enhance sales and after-sales processes
Develop and implement efficient tools, processes, and strategies to support sales teams and customer organizations in administrative tasks, including quotations, client database management, and event coordination
Your qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering/Business discipline
At least 3 years experience in Laboratory environment or in sales at TUV SUD PSB
Project costing, Service Level Agreements and Measurement
Beneficial if the candidate has managed people in the past
Familiarity with CRM systems for planning, reporting, and forecasting.
Ability to lead and coach junior team members
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Meticulous and proactive individual who possesses abilities in planning, following up, organising and administrative skills
Tactful, and service oriented, with a good ability to establish positive relationships with clients.
Sales experience and proven record to deliver on defined quotas/targets
