Your tasks

Job Responsibilities:

Manage project with reasonable manner and reports to project manager on status

Handling certification projects which include:

a. Support the service and maintain the updates of related document (e.g. SOP, documentation about certification process)

b. As a role of project reviewer to review the documentation for certification projects

c. Co-ordinate with teammates and provide training about the updates from authorities

d. Monitor the lead time and rejection rates of the certification projects

Support sales for quoting price and technical inquiry

People Management Responsibilities / Team Leader Role

Your qualifications

Job Requirements:

Bachelor/Master Degree holder in Chemistry or related subject

At least 5 years experience in chemical testing industry; working experience in the third-party chemical lab is preferred

Good understanding on chemical requirements about consumer products in European or US regulation such as RoHS 2.0; REACH, POPs regulation, California 65 and food contact materials Regulation LFGB FDA etc

Experience in handling certification project such CE , GS, GSO certification, etc

Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill

Good team player with the necessary strength to be team leader

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
