This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team in our Academy Business-Line selling technical trainings that are at the forefront of the training industry.

As a Sales Executive, you will be working as part of a dynamic sales team in partnership with our highly motivated Technical Trainers and Business Development Team to react to customer requirements and offer training solutions covering a whole portfolio of technical services. Our ability to listen to the customer, identify their exact requirements and respond quickly with a training solution sets us apart from our competitors and therefore reacting to customer requirements in an efficient time will be key for the role.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Handle incoming telephone, email, and website training enquiries effectively and efficiently.

Take part in telemarketing sales activities to sell our training courses to existing & new clients.

Take ownership of follow up activities to convert customers into repeat orders.

Manage the quotation generation process for any allocated accounts, ensuring fast and effective delivery of quotations and proposals using the CRM tool.

Add value to the customer, by listening to their requirements whilst having the ability to understand their training needs.

Supporting the needs of our Business Development Team

Your qualifications

Essential Criteria – as the successful candidate, you will have or be able to demonstrate:

A flexible approach, with a positive and professional attitude

Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Organised, with the ability to prioritise own workload and work on own initiative

An inquisitive nature.

Attention to detail

Proficient in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exposure to / involvement in the sales process
