Quality Management
Document control
Train procedures & systems on needs
Handling customer complaints (Keeping track of customer feedback, Recording, Reporting)
Following up Corrective Action in the responsible team/department
Quality monitoring
Qualification control for non-scheme field
Qualifications Control 1: Subcontractor Evaluation review documentation & recording
Qualification Control 2: Technical colleagues’ qualification update at the designated file & folder.
Accreditation Support when there are any needs coming up.
Business Process Management
Electronical Systems which are under QM’s responsibilities, to control & train & QnA for colleagues
Communicate with regional responsible when it needs
Business Process Consultation to business units when it needs
Back up of QM colleagues & Ad-hoc task when it comes up
Your qualifications
Education: B. A or above in system/industrial/electric/electronical/IT engineering or science preferred (But doesn’t have priority)
Experience: 0~3 years in industry experience preferred
Languages: Korean – native/English -good communication and writing skills
Skills: & Knowledge Fluent use in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Power platform knowledge preferred.
Qualification: Any of quality management related training taken preferred
Other Competencies :
Fluent communication & presentation, Logical & Organized Behavior, Planning Skill for yearly performance or long term project, Requires creativity and attention to detail.
