Assistant Manager, Sales (Consumer Product Services)

Your tasks
You will be responsible for the Sales to both assigned existing and new accounts within Electrical & Electronic and other Consumer Product Services. The scope of services shall include but not limited to, Environmental and Reliability Testing, EMC Testing, Electrical Safety Testing, Chemical Testing and Global Market Access services.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services mainly for Electrical and Electronics related Consumer Products
Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets
Develop and implement go-to-market sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets of assigned portfolio and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
Responsible for overall P&L for Consumer Product Services division in Malaysia
Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
Manage, coach and motivate the sales team to generate, follow-up and close sales leads
Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme
Your qualifications
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of sales experience in B2B environment preferably gained in an international organization
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry
Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and management of major accounts for growth
Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management and decision makers
Meticulous, resourceful and fast learner
