Senior Partner Business Manager – GSI & Strategic System Integrators (France)

Location : France (Remote / Hybrid)

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, the person is responsible to:

  • Identify, recruit and develop Global System Integrators (GSI) and strategic national System Integrators in France
  • Own and grow executive‑level relationships with partner leadership (C‑level, Partner Directors, Practice Leaders)
  • Define and execute long‑term partner strategies aligned with Trend Micro’s global alliance priorities
  • Enable partners on TrendAI’s strategic cybersecurity solutions, including Cloud Security, SOC, XDR, Managed Security Services and TrendAI
  • Position Trend Micro as a core, strategic cybersecurity platform within partner portfolios and offerings
  • Build, agree and execute joint business plans with GSIs and strategic integrators
  • Build, agree and execute joint Go‑To‑Market (GTM) initiatives, including account mapping, co‑selling and pipeline generation
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within large enterprise and public sector segments
  • Support and influence complex, high‑value sales cycles, acting as a senior partner and sales leader
  • Demonstrate and articulate TrendAI value proposition to partner and customer C‑level audiences, translating technology into business outcomes
  • Connect partners internally across TrendAI sales, pre‑sales, marketing, product and alliance teams
  • Provide structured partner feedback to internal stakeholders, including product management and global alliances
  • Represent TrendAI as a senior spokesperson at partner executive briefings, industry events and strategic forums in France

You Are

  • A senior, results‑driven partner leader with a strong business and ecosystem mindset
  • Comfortable operating at executive and board‑level discussions with partners
  • Highly autonomous, proactive and resilient in complex, matrix environments
  • Strategic in thinking, yet pragmatic and execution‑focused
  • A strong communicator, negotiator and influencer, able to build long‑term trust
  • Comfortable presenting to large and senior audiences, including C‑level stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with limited supervision

You Have

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Channel Sales or Business Development within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure or cloud
  • Proven experience working with Global System Integrators and/or large national System Integrators
  • A strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity domains
  • Demonstrated sales capabilities, including value‑based selling and executive‑level engagement
  • A track record of partner‑led revenue growth and achievement of strategic business objectives
  • Experience building and executing joint business plans and GTM strategies with complex partners
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, including top management and C‑suite
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with sales, pre‑sales, marketing, product and global alliance teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken French & English
