At Trend AI, our partner ecosystem is a strategic growth engine. We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Channel Program Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence across our Channel programs.
This role plays a critical part in safeguarding program integrity, driving compliance, and enabling scalable partner success across tiers, rebates, competencies, and enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Tier Management
Monitor and manage partner tier compliance and program requirements
Coordinate tier upgrades/downgrades based on performance
Maintain accurate reporting and communicate status updates
Rebate Administration
Own end-to-end rebate processing and forecasting
Oversee PO workflows and budget tracking
Ensure timely, accurate partner payments and audit readiness
Competency Validation
Manage competency applications and validation processes
Track certification status and renewal timelines
Coordinate internal stakeholder reviews and partner communication
Partner Programs & GTM Execution
Support channel program updates and rollouts
Drive operational execution of GTM initiatives (e.g., Channext, AWS Power of 3)
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Partner Enablement & Data Excellence
Manage partner communication channels (Teams)
Support development of enablement assets and training programs
Drive data quality, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement
What You Bring:
4–6 years’ experience in Channel Operations, Partner Programs, or Program Management
Strong operational and analytical mindset
High attention to detail and structured execution
Experience in cloud or partner ecosystems is an advantage
