Position Summary:

The Junior Channel Account Manager supports the growth of our partner ecosystem by assisting with prospecting, onboarding, and managing service provider and technology partners. This early career role is ideal for someone eager to develop skills in partnerships, business development, and cross functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with senior team members to help drive partner engagement, track performance, and contribute to initiatives that expand our partner network.

Responsibilities:

Partner Prospecting & Pipeline Support

  • Research and identify prospective partners based on defined partner profiles.

  • Support outbound engagement efforts across email, social, events, and other channels.

  • Ensure timely follow up on inbound partner inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and assist with recurring reporting.

Partner Recruitment Assistance

  • Help coordinate recruitment activities at industry events and online campaigns.

  • Assist in preparing materials for partner outreach and presentations.

  • Participate in introductory partner calls alongside senior team members.

  • Support early stage discussions by gathering partner requirements and aligning them with company solutions.

Onboarding & Enablement Support

  • Assist in executing partner onboarding plans, including scheduling training sessions and coordinating internal resources.

  • Help ensure partners receive timely access to tools, documentation, and support.

  • Track onboarding progress and escalate issues to senior managers when needed.

Ongoing Partner Management

  • Maintain regular communication with assigned partners regarding updates, events, and enablement opportunities.

  • Track partner KPIs such as engagement, certifications, and early revenue indicators.

  • Support partner marketing initiatives, promotions, and program updates.

  • Gather partner feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, sales support, account coordination, customer success, or related roles.

  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through.

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Self motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology partnerships.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Ability to analyze basic market trends and partner performance metrics.

  • *Experience with GPS/Optiv/WWT preferred
