The Security Operation capabilities of Trend Micro’s Vision One platform provide context-aware investigation, recording, and reporting of system-level activities. It collects detailed activity data from kernel mode, user mode and/or native system events across multiple security layers, including endpoints, servers, cloud workloads, emails, and networks.

Security Operation is composed of Agentic SIEM, Data Explorer, OAT, Workbench, Detection Models...etc, it plays as key components to visualize the detections/alerts/impact scope/indicators to solve alert fatigue issues and help security analysts to simplify the flow of investigating incidents and take corresponding mitigation responses quickly.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Software Engineer in Test (SDET)** to join our team. In this role, you will be a key part of our engineering organization, responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-quality testing frameworks and automation solutions. You will work closely with developers/ DevOps engineers to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our software products.

1. Engage in long-term software quality enhancement to ensure product viability.

2. Develop, review the automation testing code and maintain the different pipelines

3. Collaborate with the global product development and support teams across multiple countries.

4. Resolve customer problems in a timely manner to support critical business successfully.

[Required]

1. 1+ years of working experience in the software/information service industry.

2. Experience in Python/Java/Go with automation test development

3. Understanding the Linux or Windows administration, system internals, and troubleshooting skills

4. Strong software problem-solving skills independently and a customer-oriented approach to dealing with customer issues

5. Self-motivated and agile mentality to work with changing requirements.

[Big Plus]

1. Experience with **AI-powered testing tools** or frameworks (e.g., Applitools, Testim, mabl) to enhance test creation, maintenance, and visual validation.

2. Good understanding of general principles of software testing, knowing how to troubleshoot, and submitting qualified issue reports.

3. Passionate about software bug hunting.

4. Familiar with public cloud technology and system design in AWS and/or Azure.

5. Experience in the container, Openshift, or cluster management tools (Docker/K8S/CI/CD).

6. Good English communication skills and proactive mindset on global team collaboration.

7. Experienced in leading teams or projects.
