About the Role

Trend Micro is looking for a New Logo Major Account Manager to drive net-new customer acquisition in the Philippines market. This is a pure hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new logo opportunities with organizations that have not previously partnered with Trend Micro.

You will own the full new-logo sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning and deal closure — working closely with Solutions Engineers, Channel partners, and Marketing to open new doors and expand Trend Micro’s footprint.

This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-driven seller who thrives on building pipeline from scratch and winning in competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a new logo acquisition strategy for assigned segments or territories in the Philippines

  • Identify, prospect, and engage net-new customers through outbound activities, partner referrals, and market intelligence

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, qualification, value positioning, negotiation, and closing

  • Build strong relationships with C-level and senior IT/security decision-makers

  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to deliver compelling security and platform-based value propositions

  • Leverage channel partners to extend reach and accelerate deal velocity

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM

  • Consistently achieve or exceed new logo revenue and pipeline targets

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software

  • Proven hunter mindset with a strong track record of winning net-new logos

  • Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise customers in the Philippines

  • Strong prospecting, discovery, and storytelling skills

  • Comfortable operating in highly competitive, fast-paced markets

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

  • Experience working with channel partners is a plus
