Are you ready to be the backbone of our cutting-edge R&D department? We’re looking for a proactive and organized R&D Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Serve as the primary contact for all R&D administrative needs, from meeting room coordination to vendor inquiries and logistical support.
2.Plan and execute cross-functional events to boost innovation and collaboration, supporting essential tasks like venue management, event logistics, and vendor communication.
3.Facilitate smooth weekly meetings, project workshops, and training sessions.
4.Contribute to team-building activities by providing hands-on administrative support.


Requirements:
1.Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, with skills in guest reception, meeting coordination, and event support.
2.Fluent in both written and spoken English. Strong multitasking abilities and outstanding coordination skills.
3.A positive attitude and fast, responsive communication style. This role involves daily communication and interaction with various team members. We expect you to bring a passion for service and an empathetic, understanding approach to every interaction.

Nice to have:
1.Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk staff.
2.Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale events.
3.A true foodie who loves discovering the best restaurants and afternoon tea spots—this role involves frequent lunch and snack ordering for events!
