Overview

This position integrates Web Development and Digital Marketing expertise. As a Global Web & Content Marketing Manager, you will lead the Trend Micro Consumer Global Website Projects, ensuring seamless team coordination, execution, monitoring, and analytics reporting.

A key responsibility is to continuously optimize websites with modern design trends and enhanced user experiences to improve e-commerce conversion rates. Beyond site development and management, you also responsible for strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance Trend Micro Consumer’s online presence and drive growth. You will drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Paid Advertising initiatives to generate business opportunities. Additionally, you will develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, and video assets, to attract and engage target audiences effectively.

Please note that this position requires an English interview. Candidates should be prepared to present a self-introduction slide deck during the interview.

Responsibility

  • Project Leadership: Directed global website consolidation projects, including planning, specification drafting, milestone setting, and budget management.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Acted as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and external vendors; assigned tasks and ensured smooth collaboration across development and design teams.

  • Execution & Performance Monitoring: Oversaw project progress, resolved issues, and maintained alignment with timelines and requirements; optimized resource allocation to prevent delays.

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Designed and implemented comprehensive strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions across global markets.

  • SEO & SEM Management: Conducted keyword research, optimized site content, and managed paid campaigns across search engines and social platforms.

  • Content Marketing: Created and managed strategies for blogs, whitepapers, and video content to attract and engage target audiences.

  • Website UX Optimization: Partner with UX team to improve user experience and site design to enhance performance and conversion rates.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilized analytics tools to track website and campaign performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Trend Analysis: Stayed ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualification

Experience

  • 10+ years in digital marketing, web development, or content strategy roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.

  • Proven track record of managing global websites, e-commerce platforms, and large-scale digital projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager), HTML/CSS basics, and UX/UI principles.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO and SEM strategies.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and marketing automation platforms.

Marketing Expertise

  • Ability to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Experience in content marketing, including blogs, whitepapers, video production, and social media campaigns.

Language Skill

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; experienced in managing global projects across multilingual teams.

  • Japanese : Limited Working Proficiency (if applicable)

Leadership & Communication

  • Excellent project management skills with experience in cross-functional team coordination.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of global market trends and consumer behavior.

  • Familiarity with emerging digital tools and technologies.
