The Business Process Analyst (BPA) plays a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. The BPA is responsible for analyzing business processes, designing user-centric solutions, and facilitating collaboration between users and technical teams. In projects focused on Data Fabric and analytics, the BPA also contributes to data governance, business intelligence, and overall process efficiency.
This role will be deeply involved across the full implementation cycle—from gathering requirements to post-go-live support—and is critical to delivering a seamless user experience and achieving operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
I. Process Implementation
Serve as a core business process analyst within project teams.

Prepare and maintain BA documentation including:
Requirement matrix
Gap analysis
Business process models
Functional specifications
User experience designs
Change/enhancement request forms
Facilitate or assist in workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Support communication with users to clarify expectations and gather feedback.
Prepare training documentation and conduct or support training sessions.
Perform testing-related tasks including test script development, execution, and reporting.
Provide post-implementation support and act as a liaison between users and technical teams for issue escalation.
II. Innovation & Strategy Alignment
Research tools and methodologies to improve process efficiency and project delivery.
Contribute ideas that align with and drive forward company strategy and innovation.
III. Data Science & Data Fabric Support
Summarize and validate business data requirements.
Analyze and document data sources.
Support data visualization design and dashboarding initiatives.
Perform data simulation, testing, and reconciliation.
Help define and enforce data governance processes and guidelines for consistency and reliability.
Key Deliverables

Dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI or equivalent)
User feedback reports and enhancement tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in project implementation and system support.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Strong skills in business process analysis and redesign.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working across teams.
High level of initiative, ownership, and a proactive mindset.
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP/CRM implementation.
Background in SaaS solution design/configuration.
Familiarity with User Experience (UX) design principles.
Knowledge of software/application development project management.
Exposure to global projects or working with cross-regional teams.
