We are seeking an passionate, proactive and talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on the development of Trend Micro Vision One Credit System and Product Licensing System, which plays a critical role in delivering our world-class solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:

• Plan, build, manage, and optimize our AWS infrastructure, including but not limited to services like AWS EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, and Terraform.

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure environment consistency and repeatability.

• Monitor AWS resource utilization, cost, and performance, providing recommendations for optimization.

2. CI/CD Pipeline Development & Maintenance:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Action to enable rapid and reliable application deployments.

• Drive the adoption of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) to optimize application deployment and scalability.

3. Monitoring & Alerting:

• Build and maintain comprehensive system monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms (e.g., CloudWatch, Graylog, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system health and early detection of potential issues.

• Analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.

4. Automation & Scripting:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

• Actively seek and implement automation opportunities to streamline routine operational tasks.

5. Team Collaboration & Learning:

• Actively participate in team discussions, share knowledge and expertise, and collectively drive technical advancements.

• Continuously learn new DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to practical work.
