Position Summary:
Trend Micro is seeking a Channel Account Manager to lead Trend Micro’s growth strategies toward key national partners. The Channel Account Manager will develop and manage the implementation of sales strategies as well as the plans and programs that are designed to achieve and exceed organic revenue growth goals. This individual will be responsible for managing key relationships and will continue to brand Trend Micro with the partner's executive staff, senior and middle management, and sales and technical consultants. The Channel Account Manager will be tasked with developing strategies and solutions that have direct impact on Tend Micro’s SMB sales segment.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and drive sales action plans to increase sales volume specific to Trend Micro’s Small/Medium business segment.
Effectively sell the portfolio of Trend Micro's products to partner middle managers, technical support, and functional titles such as sales, customer service, and purchasing.
Present training and education on sales, customer service, products, markets, technical knowledge, and procedures.
Provide business and sales support to our national channel partners.
Manage deal registration and sales pipeline in coordination with Trend Micro’s internal sales team.
Ongoing coaching of product specialists.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Channel Management.
Experience in Event Management.
Sales and Sales Management experience.
Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration preferred.
5 years of related experience managing large strategic customer relationships.
Ability to travel 40% of the time.
