The Role:

In this role you will be instrumental in developing, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of initiatives designed to optimize and accelerate value delivery to Trend Micro customers. As part of the European Customer Marketing & Marketing Operations team, working closely with the European Customer Success organization, you will work with regional and cross-functional stakeholders toward best practices for the development and execution of Customer initiatives across the customer lifecycle. Your activities will aim to drive Customer retention, loyalty, advocacy and growth.

The Responsibilities:

Responsibilities associated with this role may include (but are not limited to):

  • Customer programme design and execution - designing programmes to help customers optimize usage of their existing investments. Focusing on automated engagements to scale our activity and maximize the impact of our resources

  • Multiple mediums and technologies - delivery of your designed product enablement programmes leveraging many different mediums of communication to hit the right customer with the right message at the right time (Email, Digital, Webinars, Videos, In-Console etc.)

  • Audience-aware content creation - creating and writing enablement content for audiences of varying technical ability. Ability to understand your intended audience and create content that suits their specific needs

  • Surveys and sentiment - driving the execution of customer surveys and sentiment analysis. Interpret results to drive actionable change within the European organization to help achieve our strategic goals

  • Metrics, KPIs, Goals - developing a deep understanding of the customer and business needs in relation to adoption of our strategic platform. Work cross-functionally to design enablement programmes and content to drive measured improvements of our key metrics/KPIs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - work across the spectrum of Customer Success, Marketing, Tech, Sales and Channel both Regionally and Globally to foster alignment and efficiencies in your tactics, share wins and learn from challenges

You Are:

  • Customer-obsessed, energetic and creative with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

  • Tenacious, flexible, highly motivated & proactive, and able to manage your time autonomously under tight deadlines

  • Organized and results driven with the ability to manage projects across their full lifecycle from planning to execution to reporting and demonstrating results/impact often using multiple data sources

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to self-learn and implement new Marketing technologies to drive demonstrable results in short timelines

  • Situationally aware with the ability to adjust your communication and writing style to adapt to your specific audience’s technical level

  • Effective at working independently at a fast pace

  • Meticulous record keeper with focus on detailed tracking during the life of your customer engagement

  • A natural collaborator and able to influence and work cross functionally

You Have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ of experience in Customer facing programmes and/or marketing communications/operations experience.

  • Background in IT with strong fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity an advantage

  • Project management experience an advantage

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels – including with senior management and technical personnel

  • Exceptional critical thinking & situation awareness skills with the ability to perceive aspects and solutions that no-one else sees, thinking “out of the box”

  • Outgoing personality with a desire to develop a deep awareness of Trend Micro operations and form long-lasting coalitions with key players both internal & external

  • The ability to occasionally work flexible hours based on business and customer needs in addition to travel for customer facing meetings or Trend Micro business events
