Location: Candidate must be located in South Florida.

Position Summary:
In this remote role, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities in a designated set of accounts. You are a “farmer” with a background in Enterprise Network Security sales and have a results-oriented mindset with a passion for over-achieving sales targets while exceeding customer expectations. You will be playing a key role by influencing prospects to buy Trend Micro solutions in this highly competitive security sale. To be successful in this position you will fully understand all aspects of complex selling in an enterprise technology market.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the territory and account strategy and collaborate with the sales ecosystem to achieve outcomes.

  • Build strong account plans for high value accounts and lead regular account planning meetings to keep team aligned.

  • Source and develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting high-value needs across multiple functions and business lines.

  • Plan and execute activities to build a solid pipeline. Keep your pipeline current with qualified opportunities.

  • Collaborate with support organizations including Marketing, Technical, Channel within your accounts.

  • Demonstrate industry expertise, thoughtful leadership, and be a trusted advisor.

  • Lead complex, multi-tiered relationships and opportunities.

  • Build strong executive relationships across multiple fields (CISO, CIO, CTO, CFO).

  • Understand the competitive landscape while differentiating Trend's value.

  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Trend Micro platform, services and processes.

  • Create and maintain regular forecasts as well as develop, manage and report on a sales pipeline within the territory.

  • Demonstrate sound sales processes and steps including creating and implementing a strategic territory plan and driving and overachieving aggressive revenue targets.

  • Adhere to CRM, business systems and activity standards.

  • Travel within your assigned territory as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven record of closing large enterprise cyber security transactions ($1M+ deals).

  • Proven record of bringing new logos into an organization.

  • Strong sales process and lead generation skills.

  • 5+ years' experience of cybersecurity/platform sales.

  • Experience selling to C-level Security contacts within an enterprise.

  • Successful experience in collaborating with Strategic Partners and Channel.

  • History of extensive and consistent cold-calling skills to develop pipeline.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills including a demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle to closure.
