Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to lead the development of visual concepts and deliver compelling design solutions across digital and print channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong conceptual skills, exceptional design execution, and the ability to guide projects from ideation through final production. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and crossfunctional teams to elevate our brand and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Creative Direction
    • Develop and execute highquality visual designs for campaigns, presentations, digital assets, websites, social media, email, print collateral, and branding initiatives.
    • Translate business objectives and creative briefs into innovative visual solutions.
    • Lead concept development for major marketing initiatives and creative projects.
    • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
  • Project Leadership & Collaboration
    • Serve as a design lead on crossfunctional projects, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, product teams, and external agencies to bring ideas to life.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Work with external vendors to ensure timely completion of both digital and print projects
  • Production & Delivery
    • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production with precision.
    • Oversee quality control, ensuring accuracy in color, layout, typography, and brand representation.
    • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
  • Mentorship & Team Development
    • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment.
  • Model the Company’s values to influence others to perform in an aligned manner.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Highly creative with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback
  • Curious and eager to explore emerging design trends

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within marketing, advertising, or an agency setting.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma, Sketch, Content Management Systems (wordpress) or other design tools is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work, conceptual thinking, and brand development.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
