The Opportunity:

As Product Manager, Client Segment Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategies that drive lead generation, management, and conversion across key client segments.

You will lead the development and execution of end-to-end journeys that optimize the sales funnel - from lead capture to prioritization and actioning—ensuring alignment with our broader client growth strategy.

How you will create impact:

  • Lead Product Strategy & Execution: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for lead management journeys, ensuring alignment with client segment growth objectives.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Design and implement frameworks for lead capture, qualification, and actioning across digital and frontline channels.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Technology, and Operations to deliver seamless, data-driven lead management experiences.
  • Journey Mapping & Design: Develop and refine customer journeys, wireframes, and user flows that support lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with analytics teams to prioritize leads, measure performance, and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Technology Enablement: Oversee the implementation and enhancement of sales enablement tools and platforms that support lead actioning and tracking.
  • Voice of the Client: Leverage client insights, usability testing, and market research to inform product decisions and improve client experience.
  • Business Case Development: Support the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for lead management initiatives.

To join our team:

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or client growth roles, ideally within financial services or a related industry.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives focused on lead generation, sales enablement, or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design, digital channels, and CRM/lead management platforms.
  • Experience with data analytics, performance measurement, and reporting to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
