As a member of the EMEA Accounting Team, you'll be supporting the team to produce accurate financial results and ensure strong internal controls are maintained throughout the organization. You will be involved in reviewing, digitizing and enhancing internal financial processes to help the team meet its objectives.
Your tasks
- Collaborate with the team to support the monthly financial accounting close process
- Support centralized liquidity forecasting for the EMEA subsidiaries
- Go-to person for data collection needs for reporting of statutory requirements (VAT declarations and statistical reports)
- Help with the cash reconciliation processfor our E-commerce legal entities
- Assist the pension administrator with routine monthly tasks
- Make an impact by supporting various digitization projects to empower the team for the future of work
- Create and own process improvement projects aimed at improving task and process automation

Help research and translate local GAAP accounting rules for implementation in day to day operations
Timeline: Join the Accounting Team as a intern in June or July 2026.

Your Qualifications
- Ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Advanced English language skills, other languages are an added advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Power BI, VBA)
- Proficiency in SAP, SQL & Python are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a Team
- Very good communication and relationship skills
- Strong financial and intercultural understanding
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Power BI, VBA)
- Advanced English language skills, other languages are an added advantage

Minimum requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics/Management Information Systems or related business field
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
