Work with TI teams, customers and external partners around the world to design, build, qualify and support our industry-leading analog and embedded processing products. You play a vital role in assuring the quality and performance of TI's innovative IC products.
About the Job
The position comprises both test as well as product engineering aspects, for a specific product or group of products post development release. You ensure that products shipped meet specification and quality goals. Interfaces as a central product resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, reliability, and marketing during the product(s) life cycle. Formulating and executing long-term plans for cost reductions and quality improvements are also part of the job.
Key working areas are:
Continuous product quality and cost optimization
Analyze and provide solutions for manufacturing issues such as yield, reliability and performance
Close collaboration within cross functional teams
Perform statistical analysis of production data
Comprehensive device debugging and failure analysis on quality returns
ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test program enhancements

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken
- Independent working style, highly self-motivated, dependable and strong time management skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Team oriented mindset with good communication skills used to work in dynamic environments
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional / cross-cultural teams

Programming skills in C/C++ or equivalent programming language
Preferred qualifications
- ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Solid knowledge on statistical data analyses and indices
- Familiar with device characterization and qualification methods
- Experience of analog circuitry (DCDC converter)

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred qualifications
- Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components
- Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry (examples include: op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing, etc.)
- Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended)
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
