Senior Network Engineering Manager
As the leader of the Network Engineering team at TI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our data center and enterprise transformation strategy. In this position, you will lead a team of senior engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the strategy for all components of our enterprise and data center networks.

This is a highly visible role that requires both hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to influence and execute long-term transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of senior network engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute the enterprise and data center network strategy aligned with organizational goals and transformation initiatives.
- Architect and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
- Drive modernization efforts, including migration to next-generation technologies and cloud integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in data center networking technologies, including spine-leaf architectures, VXLAN, EVPN, and SDN.
- Comprehensive understanding of network security principles, including:
- Network segmentation and microsegmentation strategies.
- Zero Trust architectures and secure access controls.
- Integration of security policies into network design.
- Experience with critical network systems and services, such as:
- DNS/DHCP/IPAM platforms (e.g., Infoblox).
- Load balancers (e.g., F5, Citrix, or equivalent).
- Network monitoring and performance tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Arista Networks platforms, including EOS, CloudVision, and automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of next-generation networking technologies, such as:
- Network automation and orchestration (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
- Software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization.
- High-performance routing and switching for large-scale environments.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Arista ACE, or equivalent.
