Senior BLE Testing Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Senior BLE Testing Automation Engineer to join our Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) system testing team. In this role, you will design and develop new test plans and test cases for our BLE connectivity solutions, maintain lab infrastructure, and support validation activities across multiple projects and device families. You'll analyze customer requirements, use cases, scenarios, and reported issues to ensure proper testing coverage, and validate compliance with the BT SIG specifications and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing advanced test automation sequences, monitoring and generating test reports, reviewing test plans, and mentoring junior members of the team. This position requires proven test automation experience of embedded systems, strong technical problem-solving skills, and may involve international travel for customer support.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of work experience in Testing Automation of Embedded systems and Firmware (FW) testing
- 5-10 years of work experience with Python programming and Object-Oriented Programming principles and practices
- Proven work experience in test plan design and automated testing implementation
- Proven work experience with bash/shell/groovy scripting for test automation
- Proven work experience with CI/CD tools and Jenkins for automated testing pipelines
- Proven work experience with Windows/Linux/MacOS operating systems
- Proven work experience with laboratory equipment and RF testing equipment
- Strong organizational skills and systematic thinking process
- Availability for work from office
