In collaboration with device development engineers in Japan and overseas, we will optimize EPI growth, develop optimal processes in both device characteristics and production, and play an active role in both product characteristics and production

Minimum requirements:
- 5 years+ relevant experience in MOCVD GaN EPI
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of crystalline technology in GaN EPI growth related to power semiconductors
- MOCVD process and equipment technology
- Knowledge of semiconductor physical properties
- Communication in English

- Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies
