What You'll Do:
- Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to two leaders, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements
- Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings
- Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion
- Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions
- Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs
- Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders
- Strong project management skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Superior problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
