We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Requested Services Manager to lead and optimize the delivery of workplace services across our North Texas facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility management and enhancing employee workplace experiences. This role requires excellence in coordinating service requests, ensuring timely execution, and driving continuous improvement in the overall quality of the work environment. We're looking for someone who can blend strong operational skills with a keen understanding of employee needs to create and maintain a positive, efficient, and comfortable workplace for all staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of all facilities-related service requests (e.g., repairs, workspace adjustments, cleaning, amenities), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
  • Develop and manage service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting dashboards to monitor service performance and employee satisfaction, leveraging industry best practices in facility management and workplace services.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements, applying a customer-centric approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and upholding high standards of quality in workplace operations.
  • Implement process improvements and technology solutions to streamline request workflows that enhance responsiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service budgets, collaborate on procurement activities, and oversee vendor contracts, applying industry best practices in facility management and workplace services to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, escalations, and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews with Fab Facilities teams to discuss requested services spend.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends, areas for improvement, and successes to leadership.
  • Support TI-related events and activities such as New Hire Orientation and Bring Your Kids to Work Day.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff to reinforce a culture of accountability, customer service, and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate Management, a related field that demonstrates knowledge of building operations, service management, or workplace optimization or degrees in Engineering (e.g. Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) with a focus on building systems or project management are also applicable.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace services, or corporate operations, or corporate real estate management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience overseeing complex, multi-site corporate campuses and implementing workplace optimization initiatives is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Proven track record managing service request systems and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and reporting tools, with the ability to apply industry benchmarks and best practices in corporate facility management and workplace optimization.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and model data to support data-driven decision making, using industry metrics and benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with personnel in different functions.
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
