Test Engineer for this role is in charge of implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. including capacity expansion, yield enhancement, and cost reduction activities, in this role, will also need to work across different teams and with factories to focus on the test related quality improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data
- Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks
- Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debugging and fixing yield issues; optimizing test time
- Work with production team to release products to volume production
- Work silicon qualification & characterization including qual hardware development
- Comprehensive device debugging, design validation and failure analysis
- Drive for robust and cost effective test solutions while being accountable for product quality
- Work with AE team for customer return and ATE action such as TCI
- Work with design team to understand design specifications
- Generate test plan, creating test and char program, designing ATE hardware interface boards

Required Skill and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics background
- Cumulative 3.3/4.0 GPA or higher
- Fresh graduates or less than 2 years working experiences.
- Proficiency in C++ programming is a plus
- Ability to develop good written and verbal communication skills in English is a plus
- Willingness to learn different test methodologies
- Self-motivation, out-of-the-box thinking, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Oscilloscope, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers a plus
- Highly dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated personality able to work in a small team with minimal direction
