Join a TI design group developing high-speed state-of-the-art analog ICs. Our group designs both cutting-edge high-speed Analog-to-Digital and Digital-to-Analog Converters (ADCs and DACs). We are looking for highly motivated students, to work under supervision of our experienced IC development team. As an analog IC design engineering intern, you'll work on technically challenging and innovative tasks, spanning the full cycle of mixed-signal IC development and gain hands on analog-/mixed-signal design experience in an industry environment. Ideally you are available for a 4-6 months internship in 2026. The start date is flexible.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Analog and mixed-signal IC topology development to satisfy the system and IC specifications
- Simulation and verification using SPECTRE, AMS and MAESTRO
- IC layout and parasitic extraction followed by iterative optimization in the Virtuoso environment
- Collaborating with design team members to integrate your design into cutting edge ADCs and DACs
- Documenting your design work and participating in design reviews

Minimum requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with focus on integrated circuit design
- Completed classes/labs in IC circuit design or equivalent industry experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Passion for creativity especially in RF and analog circuits.
- Solid understanding of transistor-level analog, embedded, and/or mixed-signal circuits
- Familiarity with integrated circuit design environment like Cadence Virtuoso or equivalent software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

Minimum requirements:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical& Computer Engineering
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
