About the job:
As an Interns in Smart Manufacturing Automation (SMA) and Automation team, you will support the team in driving automation and integration efforts across our manufacturing processes. We have several openings that will provides the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers in real factory settings. You will be involved in hands-on projects related to system integration, automation flow design, and data analysis. Interns will gain exposure to Lights Off manufacturing concepts, system architecture development, and the transition from manual to automated operations.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support Automation Engineers and Managers in implementing "Lights Off" processes at Wafer Bump (WB) and Die Bond (DB) operations
- Assist in equipment and system integration
- Help with system setup and parameter fine-tuning
- Support studies and analysis for converting manual processes to automated flows
- Participate in automation pilot runs, monitor performance, and collect engineering data
- Track progress and key project deliverables
- Assist in preparing engineering documentation and reports
- Provide hands-on engineering support where needed
- Collaborate with engineers in designing automation flow and hardware
- Support in creating and improving system architecture for automation solutions rate with cross-functional teams and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI integration in workflows.

Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Master or Bachelor in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Computer Science Engineering
- Minimum Cumulative 3.3/4.0 GPA

Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research or related field
- Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA
- Ability to work in clean room environment wearing smock
