In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job. The TMG Development program is a 12-month program for new college graduates in the TMG organization.
Are you studying civil engineering, structural engineering, or architecture? Join our team as a Facilities Construction team and gain hands-on experience in:
Overseeing site utilities, maintenance, and property management
Project Management and overseeing construction projects through design, procurement and construction
Developing estimates and tracking budgets
Engineering and design of new and renovated facilities including: foundations, structures, drainage systems
Collaborating with vendors and contractors to identify industry innovations
Developing and incorporating lessons learned into Engineering Standards
Coordinate with experts from all engineering disciplines to deliver a coordinated project
Ensuring construction executes work safely, on-time and with high quality
You'll work on diverse projects, including:
Civil works and structural foundations
Exterior and interior architectural designs
Cleanroom infrastructure
Roofing and waterproofing

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering or Architecture
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, including time management and priority setting
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
