Texas Instruments is seeking a Systems Manager. In this role, you will direct the activities of a staff in defining new products, product roadmaps and/or platform technology based on business opportunity. Key activities typically include engaging with customers to understand their requirements and roadmaps, defining new product requirements and future product roadmaps based on assessment of business opportunity, working with customers to finalize device specifications and working with design and applications to prepare for product release. As a Systems Manager, you will have direct reports.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related degree program
- 5+ years of experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
