Texas Instruments is seeking a Digital Design Manager. In this role, you will direct and guide the pre- and post-Silicon validation activities of a design function an SoC project development.
In this role you will be expected to guide/develop persons reporting for emulation platform (Palladium-Z1/Z2 or FPGA) bring up and handling post-Si activities challenges.
You will be assisting people in debugs of issues, whether with emulation platform or with emulated-DUT on Silicon. You will be expected to understand/identify/drive, collaborate with cross functional team for the issues/observations or on Silicon.
You may also evaluate final results of tasks of projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. In addition, job functions include preparing and presenting reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and making recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. As a Digital Design Manager, you may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function and be accountable for team execution.
Identify/support flow and methodology.
Team leadership skills with experience of minimum 2-3 years, Understanding of Arm cores - CM0P, peripherals : DMA/I2C/UART/SPI/IO/Timers/power-management infra IP is a must (both pre- and post-Silicon). Lab equipment handling is also needed.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum education (i.e., bachelor's degree in electrical engineering)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience

- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
