Texas Instruments is seeking an innovative engineer who combines expertise in AI/ML with a passion for quality and manufacturing excellence. This role is crucial in driving our digital transformation initiatives through the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions. The position offers the opportunity to revolutionize our manufacturing processes using cutting-edge AI technologies while working closely with quality teams to enhance systems, tools, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions to improve:
- Manufacturing quality and yield
- Process efficiency and automation
- Predictive maintenance capabilities
- Automated anomaly detection
- Create and maintain intelligent systems for:
- Data analysis and pattern recognition
- Real-time process monitoring
- Automated quality inspection
- Production optimization
- Lead integration of solutions with existing manufacturing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale solutions
- Provide technical guidance and training

This role will be in person, no hybrid or remote working arrangement is available.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or other related engineering degree
- 3 years’ experience working in Data Analysis / Data Science / Software Development
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing statistical methodologies, statistical data analysis or machine learning
- Experience with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience in software development and automation
- Familiar with using modern AI for development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
