About the job:

• Role Objective: Lead the Tool Solution Team to develop AI/ML-based strategies and engineering solutions focusing on productivity, preventive maintenance efficiency, parts lifetime, recipe optimization, and dispatching strategy, with the goal of improving equipment performance and cost stability.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee team operations across PM, Productivity, and Parts domains.
  • Define and execute data analytics strategies to optimize tool-level KPIs (e.g., PPH, MTBC, PM scheduling).
  • Collaborate with internal and overseas fab experts for building and validating data-driven models.
  • Work closely with the Application Team (Dallas) to implement fab-side applications.
  • Manage technical roadmap, team resource planning, and project execution; report progress and impact.
  • Coordinate cross-team collaboration with other solution teams (e.g., FDC, Process teams).

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in engineering, control systems, data science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of equipment related analysis experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management is preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for driving real impact on equipment performance and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of equipment KPIs and optimization strategies (e.g., uptime, productivity, recipe tuning).
• Proficient in data analysis toolkits, and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to convert ambiguous engineering problems into structured models and practical solutions.
• Experience working with fab workflows and coordinating system integration with IT or Application teams.
