The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support specifically to executive officers who are members of the Management Committee. They will require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. They will also handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature (such as undisclosed financials, compensation decisions, and mergers& acquisitions). The responsibilities will include collection and preparation of information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. In addition, the assistant will prepare presentation materials for board of director or investor meetings. The assistant makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. They will also coordinate details of board meetings, conferences, conventions, customer or investor meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum education (i.e., bachelor's degree in electrical engineering)
- Minimum of XX years of experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
