As our new Administrative Assistant, you'll:
Be the secret weapon behind our large Engineering team's success
Forging relationships with executives, customers, and vendors
Managing confidential and time sensitive information
Assist the team with arrangements, preparations, and execution of critical business meetings
Plan global gatherings and celebrations that bring our worldwide team together
Become a master of prioritization, tackling projects, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars to meet leader’s needs
Researching and reporting out on specialized tasks
Arranging domestic and complex international travel for organization
Arranging hotels and ground transportation for travelers
Exercise judgment and rely on experience to plan and accomplish goals, leveraging creativity and latitude
Office Support:
Providing team support on office supplies, phones and setup for new employees
Maintaining organization’s SharePoint sites and uploading weekly /monthly reports for the internal teams to the SharePoint sites
Setting up and maintaining employee mailing lists and mail folders
Build and maintain organizational charts for the worldwide organization
Manage office space
Order recognition awards for organization

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree
- 5+ years of administrative experience
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years supporting senior leaders
- Intermediate proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Concur (expense reporting), SAP, and SharePoint
- Ability to work with all levels of management and employees, internally and externally; strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, and enable on-time project delivery
- Ability to execute with limited supervision; autonomous and self-driven; be flexible while working in a dynamic environment; able to suggest changes to processes or tools
- Excellent communication skills; high level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; demonstrated reliability in execution
- Strong ethics and integrity; demonstrated ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality and handle information and situations with trust and discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good listener
- Ability to work both independently and within teams, and collaborate effectively with people across multiple functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
