Role: Senior Design Engineer (RTL)

We are looking for an experienced Senior RTL Design Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge automotive microcontroller solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of RTL design and SoC integration, particularly in the context of ARM-based architectures, and a proven ability to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions for complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

As a PD engineer in the team, you will be part of the PD/STA teams responsible for synthesis, PnR, timing closure and signoff closure of various blocks and SoC implementation.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering.
• 2+ years’ experience in PD roles
• Experience with constraints development working with the design engineers
• Good understanding of flows and concepts of:
  • Synthesis
  • LEC
  • Placement
  • CTS
  • Margins, OCV, timing corners
  • Crosstalk analysis
• Hands on working experience in the below areas:
  • Floor planning, power network creation and analysis
  • Place and Route aspects like placement, congestion resolution, timing optimization, CTS, routing and DRC/LVS closure
  • Constraints creation, timing analysis and signoff timing closure
  • ECO implementation
• Good working knowledge in Cadence tools (Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus preferable)
