Job Description:

Accountabilities Include:

  • Primarily accountable for end-to-end delivery execution support of mid-tier business or technology projects and/or leading delivery of work packages of a smaller size and complexity. Role may also be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at a project / program or portfolio level.

BREADTH & DEPTH

  • Primarily manages smaller and less complex projects than Project Managers
  • May be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the project / program level
  • Typically delivers work packages for projects within a bigger program and focus of projects / programs generally medium term
  • May lead and deliver projects with a low level of regulatory oversight, risk and complexity profile with medium term horizon
  • Requires deeper understanding of technology / business issues and objectives, and impact of the team’s work
  • May operate as a working lead and provide training and guidance to others on best practices, processes, and completion of business as usual activities
  • Typically directly supports a Project / Program/ Portfolio Management Leader

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in project coordination/management
  • Expertise in analyzing data using Excel (includes use of pivot tables)
  • Experience telling stories with data, calculating and presenting variances
  • Experience creating PowerPoint slide presentations
  • Understanding of project delivery methods (Agile, waterfall, hybrid)
  • Familiarity with business applications e.g. (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Clarity PPM)
