Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER

  • Provide specialized business management support to management and delivery teams within the Challenge, Exams & Findings Management function.
  • Lead the execution of assigned initiatives aligned to business objectives, regulatory expectations, and risk priorities.
  • Coordinate business management activities across multiple teams, supporting regulatory reviews, exams, and internal requests.
  • Support preparation, coordination, and response activities for regulatory and audit engagements.
  • Facilitate working sessions with business, audit, and risk partners to clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to initiatives involving process design, change delivery, and remediation activities.
  • Prepare summaries, materials, and updates for management and stakeholder audiences.

SHAREHOLDER

  • Support a strong culture of risk awareness by evaluating activities against established risk appetite and highlighting emerging issues.
  • Assist with the identification, tracking, and reporting of regulatory and audit issues, including remediation progress and milestone status.
  • Support risk and control activities by contributing to the design, documentation, and monitoring of controls within key processes.
  • Support change initiatives by reviewing intake, assisting with risk assessments, and contributing to change monitoring activities.
  • Partner with business and control functions to support incident resolution, issues management, and regulatory readiness activities.
  • Contribute to the development of timely, accurate reporting to support management insight and decision‑making.

  • Maintain and grow subject matter expertise within business management, regulatory support, and issues management domains.
  • Manage assigned workload independently to deliver quality outcomes within required timelines.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned within the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and execution quality.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across business, audit, risk, and change partners.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment that promotes open communication and continuous improvement.

BREADTH & DEPTH

  • Operate as an experienced individual contributor within defined team pillars, supporting challenge coordination, exam execution, and findings management activities.
  • Execute assigned work from intake through completion, coordinating across stakeholders as required.
  • Apply specialized knowledge to support issue identification, remediation tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Manage complex tasks with cross‑functional dependencies and enterprise exposure.
  • Focus on short‑ to medium‑term objectives (monthly to quarterly).
  • Generally reports to a Senior Manager or Manager role.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in business management, regulatory support, risk and control activities, audit coordination, or issues management.
  • Experience supporting regulatory exams, audit activities, and remediation efforts.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across teams.
