Job Description

The TD Securities (TDS) Data, Delivery and Integration Team mandate is to deliver on initiatives that enable strategic business growth, ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, and effectively manage risks associated with large-scale programs.

As a Project Delivery Lead within the Fixed Income portfolio, you will play a critical role in providing leadership and direction across key initiatives, working in partnership with business and executive stakeholders. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver results through proven methodologies will be essential in driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end project delivery, financial accountability, dedicated strategic planning and oversight support to a multiyear transformational oversight of the Global Fixed Income business

• Align technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision that leverages a disciplined delivery execution model that emphasized simplification, scalability and effectiveness

• Partner with business and technology teams to create multi year roadmaps, transform requirements into actionable deliverables, provide analysis and recommendations for timely, cost-effective solutions.

• Align Change the Bank projects and Product and Curve Book of Work with financial benefit realization, revenue generating and cost savings metrics.

• Anticipate and address potential challenges, ensuring timely resolution of impediments while managing program schedules, releases, and budgets.

• Demonstrate resilience under pressure and navigate ambiguity to ensure successful delivery across multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong ability to co-ordinate and influence stakeholders at all levels

• People Management accountabilities to create a collaborative environment to mobilize change

• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies

• Strategic planning and financial accountability of a portfolio of work in Capital Markets

Expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Build and lead diverse teams to deliver excellence while remaining aligned to strategic priorities

• In-depth familiarity with capital markets functions, including market risk, valuation, data science, or accounting concepts.

• High-level understanding of financial products and models.

• Proven experience delivering major Capital Markets programs and/or infrastructure implementations is an asset.

• Financial Management oversight and fiscal planning in Capital Markets business

​Education Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.

• CFA or FRM designation is an asset.

• Master’s degree in a related discipline is an asset.
