Job Description:
Role Purpose
The Product Owner of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Future Capabilities is responsible for defining the strategic vision, roadmap, and future-state capabilities of the IGA platform within the Workforce Identity and Access Management organization. This role partners closely with the Sr. Manager of IGA Platform Engineering and stakeholders to deliver new features, drive platform modernization, and execute large-scale IAM transformation initiatives. The Sr. Manager acts as the primary owner for capability definition, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that IGA capabilities meet enterprise identity strategy, business needs, and regulatory requirements.
This role is key in driving TD’s identity modernization agenda, ensuring platform evolution, strong risk/control alignment, and consistent adoption across partner teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define the multi-year product roadmap and future capability strategy for the IGA platform.
Translate business needs, regulatory requirements, and IAM strategy into actionable capability definitions and user stories.
Lead intake, prioritization, backlog management, and roadmap alignment with key stakeholders.
Develop clear requirements, acceptance criteria, use cases, and capability documentation.
Collaborate closely with IGA Engineering to ensure feasibility, clarity of requirements, and solution alignment.
Lead governance and engagement with RBAC, Provisioning, Access Request, SoD, Attestation and Application Onboarding for new capabilities
Ensure new capabilities adhere to risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, NIST 800-53, FFIEC, PCI).
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT readiness, and release planning.
Drive business readiness, adoption planning, and communication strategies for new platform capabilities.
Identify capability gaps and drive continuous improvement across the IGA ecosystem.
Monitor product KPIs, performance metrics, and customer feedback to refine roadmap direction.
Act as the Capability Owner responsible for defining and evolving core governance processes related to the IGA platform.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or IAM, with 6+ years in Product Management, Business Architecture, or Capability Leadership.
Demonstrated experience defining IAM/IGA capabilities in large, complex enterprise environments.

SailPoint IIQ or equivalent IGA platforms
RBAC/ABAC models
Lifecycle management
Attestation & certification
SoD design & governance
Provisioning and access request patterns
Strong knowledge of regulatory and control frameworks including SOX, NIST 800-53, FFIEC, PCI.
Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder governance and alignment across technical, business, and risk teams.
Experience working with engineering teams in Agile delivery environments.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
Strategic, analytical thinker with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven leader with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving large-scale transformation
