Job Description

This role is intended for a Subject Matter Expert. Join us as a Delivery & Data Integrity Analyst and keep our absence systems running like clockwork. You’ll manage data accuracy across HR platforms and streamline processes for our Disability and Absence programs—powering TD’s culture with precision and tech-driven efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complex bulk processes in Workday for Disability and Absence workflows.

  • Move and update large sets of data between systems accurately.

  • Perform complex calculations and manual updates when systems can’t automate them.

  • Create reports for reviews, compliance, and process improvements.

  • Solve complex or urgent issues and handle exceptions independently.

  • Work with teams like Policy, Payroll and Platform to fix problems and improve workflows.

  • Ensure all work follows policies and legal requirements.

  • Spot ways to improve processes and make them more efficient.

  • Lead or contribute to projects to enhance Absence Delivery workflows.

  • Escalate risks and keep proper documentation.

  • Use data and teamwork to solve problems and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree.

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or data systems, preferably with exposure to Disability or Absence programs.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data translation tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Comfortable navigating complexity, asking thoughtful questions, and driving solutions with persistence and professionalism.
