As Senior Director of Technical Product Management for the Synopsys SLM Product Line, you are adept at translating market needs and customer insights into clear, actionable product strategies. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities for new SLM monitor products throughout the semiconductor lifecycle—including design, ramp, production, and in-field phases.
- Defining the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the product manager, leveraging customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Serving as the domain and product expert, deeply understanding customer use cases and workflows to shape Synopsys’ SLM offerings.
- Owning the development of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on use case-driven requirements and partnering with PM, AE, and R&D to define detailed product feature specifications and delivery timelines.
- Driving technical interactions with internal and external customers, delivering compelling presentations and gathering actionable feedback to inform product development.
- Representing Synopsys as a subject matter expert at customer forums, including Technology Review Meetings (TRMs) and Management Review Meetings (MRMs).
- Collaborating closely with Synopsys SLM Product Management and Go-to-Market teams to position Synopsys as a leader in silicon monitoring IPs.

What You’ll Need:
- Strong understanding of analog design and development methodologies, including performance, cost, and schedule tradeoffs.
- Extensive experience in PVT sensor design and deep knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies in this field.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, Product Management Group (PMG), and Sales teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and drive productive interactions with internal and external customers.
- Expertise in capturing technical feedback and requirements from customers and translating them into clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents for R&D.
- Experience representing organizations as a subject matter expert at customer forums and industry events.
