What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establishing and maintaining medium- and long-term production plans that align with demand forecasts and available capacities across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Defining and prioritizing short-term production schedules to meet customer commitments and support business objectives.
- Running and analyzing MRP calculations to identify material requirements and production constraints, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinating with procurement and suppliers to guarantee timely availability of electronic components and materials, mitigating supply risks.
- Monitoring inventory levels, contributing to targeted stock levels, and preventing shortages or excess inventory.
- Tracking material supply status and production progress, escalating risks and deviations as needed to maintain schedule integrity.
- Collaborating closely with manufacturing teams to execute production plans and resolve material or capacity constraints.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes, data accuracy, and planning tools, fostering operational excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable industrial regulations.

What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, or supply chain roles within an industrial environment.
- Proven experience with manufacturing processes for electronic products, including managing complex assemblies and multilevel bills of materials.
- Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems used in manufacturing settings (SAP).
- Demonstrated ability to operate across multisite, cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in standard planning and data analysis tools (e.g., ERP, Excel).
